FLORAL DESIGNER

Role Description
- We seek a reliable, hard-working Floral Designer who loves to create beautiful floral designs.
- The position will consist of in-studio design as well as installing florals at various events.
- We expect you to understand flowers and have mastery of both the visual elements (line, color, texture, depth, balance) and the practical elements (flower care, pricing, seasonality) of floral design.

Tasks:
- -Designing floral arrangements to meet order specifications in studio
- -Delivering and installing flowers on-site at events
- -Processing flowers
- -Event prep
- -Performing quality control of arrangements
- -General tidying/shopkeeping to maintain a clean and welcoming space
- -Any other tasks that might be required to serve our customers in the best way possible.
Pay
$16-$24/hr, commensurate with design experience, efficiency of design, and responsibility level.
