This package typically includes personal flowers, a ceremony floral design, cocktail hour flowers, and low centerpieces, all delivered and installed by 1-2 capable team members to your venue.
First, we meet virtually or in person, taking a deep dive into your floral vision and discovering what your dreams and goals are for the floral design of your special event, and how we can best bring them to life. We encourage you to select photos from our portfolio that you resonate with, and also to bring in inspiration that you’ve collected that help us to create an image-rich file for your designs that we will reference when it comes time to produce your florals.
Next, we'll take all the beautiful ideas we've outlined in our meeting and translate the vision we’ve crafted together into a detailed custom floral proposal that defines all of the floral design elements that will feature in your wedding or event. We’ll strive to paint a picture with words to help you visualize each floral component.
After receiving your feedback on the floral proposal, we’ll make any needed adjustments to best fit your vision for the day. Once your contract has been signed and an initial deposit has been made, we are officially your florists for the date!
As the date of your wedding approaches, we’ll continue to be available to you. We are just an email or a phone call away if you need any advice or would like our design suggestions as your celebration nears. We are also available for an optional sample centerpiece viewing consultation so that you can see the floral direction in the round and give us any feedback. This service is included complimentary for orders over $8k.
Your event is right around the corner! Around six weeks before your event, we will touch base with you, finalize all the details, and cross-reference your table diagrams and timelines to ensure everything lines up perfectly. From there, we’ll pre-order a majority of your blooms to ensure the very best product available from our long-standing relationships with growers, importers, and manufacturers.
We select the freshest, most beautiful flowers and foliage just for you from the world-renowned Los Angeles flower market, using both local and imported blooms to create a look that is representative of your vision while also being unique to your style, and your moment in time. We return to the studio where we begin to create art with your blooms, arranging all of your floral elements by hand in your custom style, referencing our detailed design proposal and any relevant inspiration images along the way to be sure we are in line with your floral vision from start to finish.
It’s showtime! Our team of designers and installation technicians arrives on the big day, to bring each and every floral and decor component to life as we have dreamed of from the start. We work closely with your wedding planner and other vendors to ensure a seamlessly beautiful floral experience for you and your guests. At the conclusion of your event, we return to clean up and collect all rented decor items. Start to finish, each element of your floral occasion is taken care of so that you can relax and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
